What You'll Do

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with some basic experience to launch their career in finance. You’ll join our small but growing internal finance team and will be contributing to basic finance processes, like: 

  • Financial Modeling & Analysis (New Focus): Assist in developing and maintaining financial models (e.g., forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities in performance against budget and forecast.
  • Budgeting Support: Work closely with department heads to gather inputs and support the annual budget and planning process.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across various systems and reports.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present financial findings and analytical insights clearly to non-financial business partners

You're organized, adaptable, have attention to detail and have a structured approach to your work. You genuinely enjoy working in a dynamic team and are passionate about translating complex financial data into actionable insights for both the Finance department and business unit leaders. Days can sometimes be busy, but our team of talented experts is there to support you and ensure you won’t be left alone.

We don’t expect you to be a seasoned professional within the finance field but value a basic understanding of finance processes. With us, you have the opportunity to grow with the role and shape it based on your own interests. More than experience, we value willingness to learn, dedication to your work and the ability to take ownership of your role. 

To succeed in this role, you’ll have;

  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in a finance, accounting, or financial analysis role (internships count).
  • Financial Acumen: Foundational understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and basic accounting principles.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Lookup functions, common financial formulas).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on interpreting financial data and identifying key drivers.
  • Desire to grow and develop: you quickly learn new things and are willing to step outside of your comfort zone when necessary
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly articulate financial results.
  • Feel confident working in a diverse, international team
  • Proficiency in English - as our company language, you should feel confident communicating in English. Additional languages (Finnish, Swedish) are considered as a plus.
