About the role

As a Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist at Allshares, you will work alongside our experienced team to drive growth and expand our client network. In the early stages of your career, your role will focus on supporting senior colleagues with market research, prospecting, and outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads. From there, you will take on increasing responsibilities in pipeline management, CRM management, relationship building, and sales strategy execution.

As you grow in the role, we will equip you with the tools and guidance to develop in the direction that aligns with your interests and strengths. We value individuals with diverse skills and perspectives, ensuring there is always room for talent with unique approaches to business development.

About you

We are looking for individuals with a strong interest or background in a relevant field (such as business or economics). While formal studies are an advantage, we also value practical experience, motivation, and a willingness to learn. To succeed in the role, applicants should:

  • Be curious, solution-oriented and driven.
  • Have a high analytical ability.
  • Be responsible, thorough and structured.
  • Have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
  • Have good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially within PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Extra merit if you have previous experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, setting up sequences and automations
