Erika is the Chief Operating Officer at Allshares. Prior to her current role, she was the CEO of Novare Pay Consulting since she co-founded the company in 2015.  Before that she specialized as a consultant within the compensation area at Strive Advisory, Aon Hewitt and McLagan in London. Erika has over ten years of experience of advising clients on compensation-related questions. She is the foremost expert within compensation advisory in Sweden and frequently acts as a spokesperson in media and hosts seminars and lectures.
