Andreas is the Chief Revenue Officer at Allshares. Prior to co-founding Novare Pay Consulting in 2015, Andreas served as CEO of Aon Hewitt after they acquired Strive Advisory AB, a consulting company he founded in 2012. Earlier in his career, he gained global compensation and benefits experience from Watson Wyatt as a leader in their Executive Compensation practice, first in Stockholm and later in Hong Kong.
