Albert is the Head of Data & Advisory at Allshares. Prior to his current role, Albert led the international expansion of Novare Pay Consulting in Norway and the United Kingdom. He has extensive experience working with clients on compensation benchmarking and incentive design. Albert holds a BSc degree in Finance and Information Systems from Suffolk University. Albert is based out of Allshares' London office.
