About the Role

The role includes responding to incoming calls and electronic messages in our Zendesk platform. We want to ensure a first-class customer service experience for our clients.

The duties include a variety of versatile customer service tasks, such as:

• Managing all customer calls, questions, arising issues, and feedback related to Allshares’ incentive programs through the Zendesk platform.
• Maintaining our Zendesk platform and responding to electronic messages and chat inquiries to support customer service and to provide our customers with assistance as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Coordinating solutions to questions that cannot be solved on the spot.
• Developing our helpdesk services and improving our helpdesk analytics and reporting

About you

• Interest in compensation.
• Relevant studies (e.g. business administration or similar economic studies in a university of applied sciences or business school).
• Good written and spoken skills in both Finnish, Swedish and English. Other language skills are considered an advantage.
• Good social skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
• Interest in learning new things, a proactive mindset, accuracy, flexibility, good teamwork skills, and a generally positive, can-do attitude.
• Courage to step outside your comfort zone when the situation requires it.
• Desire to do high-quality work and genuinely help clients according to their needs.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is considered an advantage.
