Allshares Interviewed by National Swedish Radio
Today, we kicked off our About Pay roadshow in Stockholm in connection with the release of About Pay 2025. The report and seminar focus on CEO, management and board remuneration on the OMXS.
This year's report shows several major changes, of which gender-related pay gaps stand out in a negative sense. The pay gap between female and male CEOs has increased. The difference in base pay between women and men was 8.2 percent in 2024, which can be compared with 5.9 percent the year before.
"Last year, we saw that salary increases were temporarily restrained due to inflationary pressures. This year, however, they have returned to normal levels." says Erika Andersson at Allshares in Sverigesradio.
We want to say a massive thanks to everyone who attended, and above all a big thank you to our panelists Carola Lemne, Daniel Waldenström and Erika Andersson for interesting discussions and perspectives. A huge thank you to Novare Leadership and Marie-Louise Kjellström for partnering with us and making the event a success!
