What you'll do
The role includes responding to incoming customer queries in our Zendesk platform. We want to ensure a first-class customer service experience for our clients. In this role, you are the first point of contact for the employees of our clients.
The duties include a variety of versatile tasks, such as:
- Managing all customer calls, questions, issues, and feedback related to Allshares’ incentive programs through the Zendesk platform.
- Maintaining our Zendesk platform and responding to emails and chat inquiries to support customer service and to provide our customers with assistance as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- You will also be supporting our internal operations team and customer success managers in their work
- As you gather experience your responsibilities will grow

Who we are looking for
- You are motivated, as well as willing to learn. You also have a proactive mindset.
- Relevant studies (e.g., accounting, management, corporate governance, finance, business administration or management)
- Good written and spoken skills in English, Finnish and Swedish. Other language skills are considered an advantage.
- Excellent social skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients
- Interest in learning new things, initiative, accuracy, flexibility, good teamwork skills, and a generally positive, can-do attitude
- Courage to step outside your comfort zone when the situation requires it
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is considered an advantage
- Desire to do high-quality work and genuinely help clients according to their needs
