What You’ll Do

As a DataOps Specialist you will be joining our Analytics team based in Stockholm. You will own the transformation of our data landscape by designing our infrastructure, maintaining its integrity and continuously evolving the system as we grow. 

In your work you will be responsible to build and maintain automated ETL processes to ensure data flows seamlessly and accurately, take full responsibility for the health, structure, and performance of the database, create easy-to-use views or tools that allow our team of consultants to query and analyze data without needing deep technical expertise, and develop a clear data dictionary so the team understands exactly what data is available.

You will work closely with our Analytics Business Unit and actively participate in various development projects. The work is mainly operational, however, you will also have the ability to plan and lead development initiatives to improve the database.

To Succeed in this role you must have;

• Fluency in English
• Expertise in the Microsoft Excel 
• Expertise in Python, SQL and PowerBI
• Ability to work effectively and with attention to detail
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Considered an advantage

• Fluency in Swedish
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience from Google Suite (primarily Google Sheets)
• Familiarity with modern ELT and orchestration workflows
• Previous experience in compiling databases

About the role

The role is a full-time Summer Internship (minimum 8 weeks) with the possibility of extension into a part-time position during the Autumn. The position will be an integral part in supporting our Analytics Business Unit with maintaining a constant flow of data for our consultants to leverage into actionable insights.
