What You'll Do

As an IT Specialist you’ll be joining our IT team, currently located in Helsinki. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously developing our organization’s Microsoft EntraID and Google Workspace environments in collaboration with the IT team. In your daily work, you ensure that IT devices and services run smoothly and that the operating environment is constantly improving. You will help in designing and implementing processes, policies, and solutions that enhance business efficiency, cybersecurity, and the overall user experience.

You will work closely with the business units and actively participate in various development projects. While the role is primarily proactive, you will also assist others by providing remote and on-site support. In this role you will report to the IT manager who will  support you in daily tasks. Your work is mainly operational, but you will also have the opportunity to plan and lead development initiatives.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a professional with previous experience and expertise in maintaining Microsoft EntraID and/or Google environments. You’re not afraid to take initiative and you navigate seamlessly across a variety of tasks. Your work style is self-driven, and you take pride in seeing tasks through to completion, while also enjoying close collaboration with your team and various business units.

You are a fast learner with a practical, hands-on mindset and the confidence to challenge current workflows by proposing better solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple priorities is key. You possess strong, solution-driven problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate technical challenges with ease.

‍To succeed in this role, you’ll have 

• Work experience in managing Microsoft Azure and its services (IaaS, PaaS).
• Practical experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure + GCP).
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar, specialist-level role.
• Knowledge of security solutions such as Intune, Defender, Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access solutions.
• Fluent in English skills
• Preferably some experience in working in multinational organization or environment
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in technical documentation.

Considered an Advantage

• Expertise in cybersecurity and data privacy (e.g., Google Workspace and Apple environment security policies
• Professional certifications related to the role (e.g., AZ-104, AI-100, Google Workspace Administrator).
• Familiarity with AI/Generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, Azure AI services, Google Vertex etc.).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) or other automation (PowerShell).
