The role

You will own and optimize Allshares’ performance marketing strategy across paid and organic channels, with a clear focus on demand generation, pipeline contribution, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role with strategic influence across marketing and sales.

What you will do

  • Own and scale paid performance across Google Ads (Search & Performance Max) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Drive B2B SaaS lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Analyse and optimise performance across paid media, SEO, and AEO
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Apply AI and automation to improve bidding, targeting, creatives, and insights
  • Translate data into clear recommendations and actions
  • Build concise reporting for internal stakeholders

What we are looking for

  • Experience in performance marketing within a SaaS environment
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong analytical mindset across paid, SEO, and AEO
  • Commercial understanding of CAC, pipeline impact, and ROI
  • Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership

Relevant additional experience

  • HubSpot (CRM, attribution, lifecycle reporting)
  • Webflow or similar CMS platforms
  • Looker Studio or advanced performance dashboards
  • AI-driven performance and experimentation workflows, including LLM-driven search and discovery for brand optimisation
