Louise has 15 years’ compensation experience focused on Board advisory, corporate governance and incentive design. Previous positions include executive compensation advisor at WTW in Stockholm and London and Head of Compensation & Benefits at Viaplay Group. Louise holds a M.Sc. in Chemistry & Chemical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
