Prior to Allshares, Sanna was a Senior Partner and led the operations and expansion of Novare Pay Consulting’s Incentive business. Sanna is specialized in designing and implementing equity-based incentive programs for both listed and non-listed companies. She is a trusted advisor to management teams, board representatives, and investors. Sanna holds a MSc degree in Business & Management from the Stockholm School of Economics.
