Susanne joined the firm in 2021 with experience in asset management and financial advisory. Susanne advises boards and executive management teams on incentive plan design as well as executive remuneration competitiveness and alignment with corporate strategies. Additionally, Susanne heads the compensation benchmarking team in Helsinki. Susanne graduated from Copenhagen Business School with an M.Sc. in Finance and Investments.
