Aleksanterinkatu 13, 3rd floor, 00100 Helsinki, Finland
We are pleased to invite you to a breakfast event on financial services remuneration at the Allshares office at Aleksanterinkatu 13, Helsinki, on Wednesday, 11 November 2026.
The event will bring together remuneration professionals from across the financial services sector to discuss current regulatory developments, emerging trends and practical challenges. In keeping with the festive season, we will serve traditional Finnish rice porridge and glögi (mulled juice).
Through our advisory work with financial services organisations, we have identified several timely topics for discussion, including:
- Regulatory comparisons: Financial services vs. insurance vs. asset management, and Finland vs. the EU.
- Remuneration trends in financial services: What are we seeing in Finland, Sweden and across Europe?
- Findings from our Financial Services Pulse Survey: A discussion of key themes, including qualitative performance measures, the definition of identified staff, remuneration for compliance functions, good and bad leaver provisions relating to deferred remuneration, the treatment of different instrument types and deferral arrangements, and engagement with supervisory authorities.
- Treatment of incentives in transactions.
We encourage you to complete our Financial Services Pulse Survey by Friday, 30 October. We will consolidate the responses into a summary and share the findings during the event.
In addition to banks, we welcome remuneration professionals from insurance companies, asset management firms and private equity firms. While regulatory requirements differ across these types of organisations, there are also many common challenges and areas of shared interest. Bringing everyone together provides a valuable opportunity to exchange perspectives, share experiences and network with peers from comparable organisations.
We look forward to welcoming you!
